This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities, and secure profitable sales. Each day you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio, including Low and Medium voltage solutions (up to 33kV). You will also showcase your expertise by building long‑term customer relationships and responding immediately to specific customer needs and issues.

Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- The work model for the role is: Remote, with the candidate based in Scotland.
- Penetrate IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value‑add solutions to benefit customers and ABB.
- Understand channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities using market trend information and by exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Act as a marketer and salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
- Solutions include Service Agreements, Installation and Commissioning Spares, Maintenance and Repair, Extensions, upgrades and retrofits, Advisory Services, and Digital offerings.
Qualifications For The Role
- Immersed in the Electrification Industry and commercial and industrial markets with experience supporting and selling solutions into end users across various industries (e.g., Food and Beverage, Utilities and Power Stations, Data Centres, Petrochemical).
- Demonstrated strong experience in sales and marketing within the Electrification Industry or similar.
- Background in sales, marketing, and communications.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- UK full clean driving licence.
