Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver assigned project(s) end-to-end
- Support local and cross-functional project teams in projects with limited complexity or sub-projects
- Motivate and monitor internal/external resources to meet targets
- Identify interdependencies and manage project-level constraints to realise benefits
- Prioritise requirements with business units/customers and plan activities
- Monitor progress to meet commitments and milestones
- Resolve issues and escalations at team or project level as needed
- Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a project management role, preferably in R&D, product development, or engineering
- Recognised certifications such as Microsoft Project, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with stage-gate processes, ISO 9001, and engineering change management
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Strong skills in work breakdown structures, scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis; ability to support business cases with financial data
- Hands-on technical project experience with credibility with engineering teams and R&D challenges
