Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own the lifecycle and profitability of ABB’s ELIP Cable Protection, Adaptaflex and Kopex offerings. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape market fit, launch Go-To-Market plans, and optimize performance against market needs. Your work focuses on market intelligence, portfolio strategy, and value delivery to customers, driving sustainable growth. This role offers scope to influence product strategy across lifecycle phases in a global, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Lead market intelligence to identify gaps and opportunities for Adaptaflex and Kopex portfolios
- Own technical and market specification and develop an offering business plan for sustainable growth
- Oversee the offer lifecycle: analyze, track performance, and decide obsolescence/end-of-life decisions
- Set targets and monitor offering costs, collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production
- Drive roadmap and value analysis to meet current and future market requirements and maximize profitability
Key requirements
- 5+ years in the electrical installation industry, preferably in cable protection or similar products (Adaptaflex, Kopex)
- Strong experience with wire harnessing, cable protection, or electrical wiring systems in the industrial market
- Passion for new product development and market expansion
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar in electrical installation areas
