Sales Enablement Leader, Energy Industries
We’re building a global Training Academy from the ground up – and we\’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Training Academy Manager to lead the way.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Lead and sitting within the Commercial Excellence team, you will own the design, delivery, and implementation of a cross-functional training academy for Process Automation Energy Industries (PAEN), with an initial focus on Automation. You’ll translate strategic priorities into learning programs that empower teams worldwide – from sales and service to leadership.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the Academy from scratch, build your team, and lead lasting change across a global business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Design & Delivery
- Build and maintain a blended curriculum integrating product, technical, and customer-focused content
- Design tailored learning paths for diverse global audiences
- Deliver training through digital, virtual, and in-person channels
2. Academy Leadership & Strategy
- Shape the Academy vision and roadmap
- Build a high-performing team of instructional designers and SME partners
- Drive change management and embed learning culture
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Product Groups, Sales, HR, and regional leaders
- Lead knowledge councils to capture and act on business needs
- Represent the Academy in global forums and senior leadership meetings
4. Learning Operations
- Oversee content creation, LMS (e.g., Expertus) setup, and course management
- Ensure compliance with global learning and data standards
- Optimize learning platforms and learner experience
5. Measurement & Improvement
- Track adoption and impact using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and LINQPad
- Deliver actionable reporting on learning outcomes
- Continuously improve content and delivery based on insights
Qualifications
- Proven experience building or scaling corporate training academies
- Advanced skills in learning strategy, curriculum development, and digital delivery
- Demonstrated success in change management and global stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and analytics tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Technical or product-oriented training experience a plus
- Degree or diploma in L&D, Education, or related field preferred
