Responsibilities
- Supervise the team’s progress against production plans.
- Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment.
- Provide regular feedback to management.
- Make recommendations regarding issues within the production line.
- Manage shifting priorities and critical situations.
- Cooperate with production management to reinforce schedules and quality.
- Advocate for a safe and efficient work environment.
- Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, or shifting priorities.
- Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Assist management and the team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing workload execution during the shift.
- Serve as a leader to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical, quality, and logistical problems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of wiring with the ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams.
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.
