Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team’s progress against production plans.
  • Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment.
  • Provide regular feedback to management.
  • Make recommendations regarding issues within the production line.
  • Manage shifting priorities and critical situations.
  • Cooperate with production management to reinforce schedules and quality.
  • Advocate for a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, or shifting priorities.
  • Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Assist management and the team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing workload execution during the shift.
  • Serve as a leader to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical, quality, and logistical problems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of wiring with the ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams.
  • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.
