In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how data is transformed and delivered to support advanced analytics and decision-making across Electrification. Each day, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data transformations within Snowflake leveraging the existing Unified Data Model with data from SAP ERP and other business applications. The work model for the role is fully remote, as long as you can align with Central European/ UK working hours.
Responsibilities:- Analyzing business challenges and providing business analytics to enhance decision-making and drive optimization.
- Integrating previous experiences in answering the business needs.
- Present findings to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Building complex data structures and reporting processes that accurately measure business performance.
- Designing efficient workflows for data transformation and analysis.
- Proposing and implementing best practices in data integrity, data validation, test design and documentation.
- Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions.
- You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics, designing and delivering reliable, scalable solutions to meet business needs.
- You are passionate about translating business questions into structured, high-quality data and collaborating cross-functionally with analysts and stakeholders to deliver value from data.
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP ERP data structures, particularly within the SD, PM or FI-CO modules.
- You are highly skilled in data transformation, data modeling and data visualization, and you enjoy working with large-scale enterprise data in a B2B or industrial business environment.
- Experience with Snowflake and Python is a plus.
- You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- You are at ease communicating in English (other languages are a plus).
