In this role, you will support the preparation of competitive, high-quality bids and proposals for customers mainly across the UK within ABB's Motion Service (MOSE) business.

Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for ABB Motion Service opportunities.
- Review customer enquiries, specifications, and project requirements, working closely with experienced team members.
- Assist in developing cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions that balance customer requirements with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, project and service teams to gather information required for bid submissions.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, professionally presented, and submitted within agreed deadlines.
- Participate in technical discussions and customer meetings where appropriate.
- Maintain tender documentation, opportunity records, and internal systems to ensure accurate reporting and effective knowledge sharing.
- Continuously develop your technical, commercial, and industry knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands‑on experience.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and support the team's commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
