The Role

As a strategic procurement powerhouse, you will orchestrate the global supply chain for the world’s most innovative racing series. This is a high‑impact position where sustainability meets high‑speed logistics, ensuring our global operations are as ethical as they are efficient.

• Strategic Tender & Contract Command

  You are the master of the end‑to‑end tender process. From defining complex service scopes with contract managers to negotiating “best and final” offers, you drive strict discipline into every deal. You manage the full lifecycle of contract execution, resolve disputes, and enforce variation control to ensure every award meets our elite standards.

• Global Synergy & Stakeholder Collaboration

  You are the central pulse point for procurement synergy. You collaborate closely with Race Procurement Managers to identify scale opportunities and unlock value across our iconic host cities, partnering with Legal, Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure that every project is seamlessly communicated and that our procurement policies are unified across the entire ecosystem.

• Supplier Performance & Sustainable Innovation

  You lead the “ground game” in vendor management. You introduce robust management frameworks, set tangible KPIs, and enforce strict SLA monitoring to ensure our partners deliver at peak performance. You create adaptable toolkits for risk mitigation and stay at the bleeding edge of market trends to keep Formula E a leader in digital procurement and electric mobility.

What we’re looking for in you

• The Procurement Specialist

  You possess proven experience leading end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain management for global packages, understand the nuances of international service environments and have a demonstrable track record of championing sustainability within a corporate ecosystem.

• The Master Negotiator

  You are a master of “best and final” offers, drafting complex contract documents and navigating market nuances to secure cost reductions. Your analytical literacy identifies risk items and you implement mitigation strategies to protect the championship’s long‑term interests.

• The Digital Visionary

  You thrive on next‑generation tools, with a strong working knowledge of advanced digital procurement systems. You manage everything from NDAs and PQQs to global procurement trackers, interpreting data to drive departmental improvements and better value outcomes.

• The Influential Leader

  You possess a confident, high‑energy presence that can command a room of evaluation panels, legal experts, and global suppliers alike. You are a “can‑do” problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, combining global and cultural alertness with a pragmatic drive needed to deliver excellent results in a high‑pressure, international sporting environment.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to work 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office. The closing date for this role is 8th May, however if we receive a high volume of applications we may close it early.
