The Role: Are you a visionary hospitality leader ready to orchestrate the premium guest experience for the world’s most innovative racing series? We are looking for a Senior Premium Experience Manager to join the Formula E team. In this mission-critical leadership role, you will be the primary architect of our international hospitality products, from the EMOTION CLUB to the Electric Lounge, ensuring our most influential global guests experience the pinnacle of elite luxury. Operating at the exact intersection of commercial strategy and hands-on event operations, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, innovative development and flawless execution of our global racing calendar. You will balance large-scale financial management with high-stakes on-site logistics, ensuring that while the action unfolds on the track, our VIP guests receive a distinctive, safe and seamless “best-in-class” experience that drives revenue and upholds the brand’s global prestige.
Product Innovation & Strategic Vision: You drive the overarching concept strategy and creative asset creation for global premium products. You aren’t afraid to push boundaries, constantly monitoring global market trends and competing luxury products to ensure Formula E remains at the absolute forefront of sports hospitality innovation and brand communication.
Operational Excellence & On-Site Command: You travel internationally to oversee the flawless, safe and compliant logistical execution of international pop-up event sites and high-end venues. From coordinating high-end catering and cutting-edge technology to optimising guest access routes and acting as the primary on-site escalation point for crisis management, you ensure hospitality operations run with the same precision as the cars on the grid.
Financial Mastery & Vendor Synergy: You maintain full ownership of substantial race budgets, tracking financial milestones and driving commercial revenue and ROI targets. You are a master negotiator, securing high-value, multi-event or multi-year contracts with premium agencies to drive long-term cost efficiencies, while seamlessly handling the day-to-day administration of PO tracking and operational documentation.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You manage, develop and inspire a dedicated team of direct reports and localised event support staff, optimising workloads to maximise efficiency on-site. You excel at building genuine relationships, establishing structured project management workflows across internal departments and maintaining clear, highly targeted communications with senior stakeholders and corporate clients.
What we’re looking for in you:
- The Luxury Curator: You possess a proven track record of developing and delivering large-scale, world-class international hospitality experiences within sports, music, or premium entertainment. You have a sharp commercial acumen and the unique ability to turn innovative event concepts into revenue-generating, high-ROI products.
- The Logistics Mastermind: Your background includes extensive experience managing complex on-site logistics for international pop-up event structures or major global venues. You are a master of the “logistics behind the luxury,” possessing advanced project management capabilities and a high level of administrative competency for budget tracking, procurement and contract management.
- The Confident Leader: You are a natural relationship-builder and team leader with a successful history of directly managing core teams and navigating high-value supplier relationships. Your verbal and written communication skills in English are flawless, giving you the confidence to interface effortlessly across all professional levels from local crews to C-suite clients.
- The Resilient Problem-Solver: You possess a highly organised, proactive and solution-focused “go-getter” mindset with an exceptional eye for detail. You remain resilient and calm under pressure, holding the accountability required to make split-second decisions and manage on-site crises in a fast-paced environment.
- The Global Ambassador: You are highly adaptable, self-motivated and fully willing to travel frequently to international race locations throughout the global season. You thrive in collaborative, cross-departmental team environments and possess a genuine passion for challenging existing processes to elevate world-class delivery standards.
What’s in it for you?

- Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event
- Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Flexible Bank Holidays
