Are you ready to help drive the global supply chain for the world’s most innovative racing series? We’re looking for a Procurement Manager – Global Suppliers to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Manager – Global Suppliers, you will serve as an expert and champion for the procurement department, advising and managing procurement for allocated global packages in collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You will ensure compliance with company policies and standards, while acting as a champion for sustainability within the company and its broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Tender & Contract Execution: You will manage the end‑to‑end tender process for allocated global packages of work, assist contract managers in defining the scope of services, identify risk items, and negotiate best and final offers from providers. You will draft contract documents, review and document variations, and assist in resolving contract disputes or re‑measuring packages of works via the change control process.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: You will actively manage assigned suppliers on an ongoing basis and monitor supplier performance against contractual deliverables. By partnering with key internal stakeholders, legal, and finance, you will negotiate payment terms and deviations from standard terms & conditions, ensuring all initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented.
- Performance Tracking & Strategy: You will work with contract managers to identify and set tangible, specific, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs). Alongside making strategic recommendations to support the overall direction of the global function, you will maintain the global procurement tracker and ensure all required non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), and sustainability questionnaires (SQs) are managed seamlessly.
Qualifications
