Are you a seasoned communications leader with a proven track record of shaping positive global narratives within the dynamic world of motorsport?

About Formula E: Formula E is motorsport reimagined, and the fastest growing motorsport on the planet. Born as a radical idea to redefine racing, it challenges convention at every turn - pushing boundaries in speed, sustainability, and storytelling. We race electric in the world’s most iconic cities, thrilling a global fanbase with purpose-fuelled innovation. More than just competition, Formula E is a catalyst for change. As the first sport to be Carbon Net Zero since inception, it proves that elite performance and environmental responsibility can not only coexist—but thrive together.

Renowned teams compete head-to-head, like Porsche, Jaguar, Nissan, CUPRA Kiro, Lola-Yamaha, Andretti and Penske, in the fastest accelerating single-seater racing car - 30% faster than an F1 car. This makes the current GEN3Evo the most advanced electric race car on the planet. Our mission is to move the world forward, through delivering a bold new vision for motorsport - electrified, inclusive, and built for the next generation. Formula E doesn’t follow the rules—we rewrite them. In a motorsport industry bound by tradition, we thrive on disruption, challenging the status quo with bold ideas and electrifying energy.

We’re a team of curious, brave, thoughtful minds, pushing boundaries and changing the game - united by a mission that’s bigger than racing. Here we believe, work should be fun, meaningful, fast-paced, and full of purpose - driven by a shared commitment to people, planet and progress. We believe success is a team sport. That’s why we’ve built a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to something extraordinary. Sport is our stage, sustainability is our cause, and innovation is our fuel. At Formula E, we’re not just part of the future - we’re building it.

Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety are in place across all work operations is of primary importance for Formula E, therefore we promote an environment where employees are actively encouraged to raise any concerns they see either for FE staff or other relevant stakeholders.
