What you will do:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. You will consult with hiring managers, create inclusive job postings, source diverse talent pools, manage structured interviews, and handle offer negotiations.
- Senior Recruitment & Executive Support: Confidently lead searches up to the Senior level. For Executive-level searches, you will provide essential, proactive support to the People Director and CPO, operating with urgency to ensure a seamless and premium candidate experience.
- EVP & Strategy: Take the lead in defining and continuously building an incredible Employee Value Proposition in partnership with Marketing. Proactively optimise the recruitment process to drive efficiencies.
- Hands‑On Execution: Manage the complex logistics of interview scheduling across multiple time zones, handle timely candidate communication, and meticulously update our ATS (Teamtailor) in real‑time.
- Contractor Management: Partner closely with the Legal team to take overall accountability for the end‑to‑end contractor process, ensuring rigorous IR35 checks and compliance.
- Inclusive Hiring: Champion best practices in inclusive recruitment and review applicant pool diversity to tweak sourcing strategies for maximum inclusive reach.
What we’re looking for:
- Ready to Take Ownership: Proven experience as a recruiter in a lean team who is looking for a step‑up opportunity to own a standalone function, bringing a hands‑on approach to everything from meticulous interview scheduling to shaping our employer brand.
- Stakeholder Partner: Strong experience partnering with, advising, and influencing hiring managers and leadership on recruitment best practices.
- Resilient & Accountable: Exceptional accountability and drive; able to deliver high‑impact results while maintaining meticulous attention to detail without rushing. You’re highly resilient under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Compliance Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of UK employment law (Equality Act 2010, Right to Work), GDPR principles for candidate data, and contractor management/IR35.
- Organised Communicator: Super organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
