The Role
We are looking for a Communications Operations Coordinator to serve as the functional engine of the Formula E press office. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be the bridge between the paddock and the public, ensuring that from the first accreditation request to the final checkered flag, the media experience is seamless and professional.
- Infrastructure Architect & Media Logistics: You are the lead designer of the on‑site Media Centre, ensuring a world‑class environment for journalists, photographers, and broadcasters, and managing the accreditation process with full compliance to FIA standards.
- Process Optimisation & Tactical Operations: You will develop and refine inter‑departmental workflows, manage budgets, supplier contracts and purchase orders, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- On‑Site Excellence & Stakeholder Liaison: During race weekends you will coordinate grid moments, press conferences, and real‑time media needs, while overseeing digital media transformation and reporting on accreditation data.
