The Role
You’ll be working on a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract (FTC) as an AI Change Manager. In this role you will act as a strategic change lead, driving impactful AI adoption within the organization and bridging the gap between high‑level business strategy and technical execution. Your focus will be on enabling teams to transition from basic productivity tools to AI‑native architectures, unlocking measurable ROI and championing Google Cloud Platform‑based innovation.
Responsibilities
- Discover & Design New Ways of Working: Map business processes across diverse units (Commercial, Marketing & Event Operations) to identify high‑impact AI use cases, assess data readiness, model feasibility and measurable outcomes. Bring together stakeholders to facilitate AI solution design, from RAG patterns to automated agents.
- Drive Change Management & Adoption: Lead business‑wide AI adoption through monthly AI Change Readiness meetings, maintaining project roadmaps and prioritisation matrices. Establish robust deployment frameworks and change management principles to ensure effective, secure rollout of AI‑enabled ways of working, showcasing successes to empower internal AI champions.
- Support Technical Implementation & Architecture: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Technology team to align new AI solutions with broader Data and Cloud architecture. Champion prompt engineering, data governance best practices, and facilitate secure development environments and sandboxes so internal teams can build and test automated solutions while minimising security risks.
Qualifications
- The AI & Cloud Navigator: Proven, hands‑on experience with the GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows) and solid working knowledge of Data Engineering and Cloud Computing. Bonus: familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Workspace integration via Apps Script or AppSheet).
- The Changemaker: Exceptional facilitator, experienced change manager and strong communicator who can collaborate with data engineers and commercial directors alike. Able to distil complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders, challenging existing ways of thinking.
- The Solution Architect: Comfortable with workflow assessment, evaluating AI readiness, deciding between low‑code and custom ML solutions, and managing associated opportunities and risks. Strong grasp of data quality, structure and governance impacts on performance.
- The Progressive Challenger: Pragmatic, can‑do mentality with passion for technology’s positive impact. Excited that motorsport can be a platform for sustainable progress and committed to advocating change.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
