Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Dispatcher to play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused field operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule the field service appointment with the customer in alignment with the delivery time of the spare parts.
- Order spare parts, if required, and monitor their delivery.
- Optimize the planning of the Field Service Engineers to ensure fast reactivity and reduce travel times including Preventative Maintenance jobs.
- Understand customer issues and properly document and transfer them to the Field Service teams.
- Prioritisation and tracking of all open cases to ensure compliance with the required reaction and resolution times.
- Follow-up on the execution and ensure hand-offs are properly done and with no delays.
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization, working with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in Dispatching Field Service Engineers is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude.
