Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Dispatcher to play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused field operations.

In this role, your main accountabilities will be:

  • Schedule the field service appointment with the customer in alignment with the delivery time of the spare parts.
  • Order spare parts, if required, and monitor their delivery.
  • Optimize the planning of the Field Service Engineers to ensure fast reactivity and reduce travel times including Preventative Maintenance jobs.
  • Understand customer issues and properly document and transfer them to the Field Service teams.
  • Prioritisation and tracking of all open cases to ensure compliance with the required reaction and resolution times.
  • Follow-up on the execution and ensure hand-offs are properly done and with no delays.
  • Identify areas of improvement and optimization, working with the different Service team members to prioritise and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.

To make the above work, we are looking for a professional with a strong technical mindset and excellent coordination skills. Other essential requirements include:

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Dispatching Field Service Engineers is an advantage.
  • Fluent spoken and written English & French is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering quality and driving continuous improvement.
  • SAP and SFDC Service Cloud experience would be an advantage.
