The Role
This is a hands-on Engineering Lead / Team Leader position combining leadership with technical production responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are met while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a small engineering team to achieve daily targets
- Following and optimising strict production processes and implementing improvements
