My client is recruiting for an Estimator who knows how to build a price from the ground up. As Estimator you will:
- Pricing civil engineering tenders from £50k to £5m with accuracy, insight, and commercial awareness
- Building robust estimates from first principles
- Sourcing, engaging, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting colleagues in bid preparation and tender strategy
- Ensuring submissions are complete, competitive, and delivered on time
- Attend site visits to assess project requirements
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire
Hybrid working: Our client offers flexibility with remote working (3-4 days a week)
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary band: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Benefits package: Car allowance, 25 days annual leave (exc. bank holidays), employer contribution pension, health cash plan, plus more.
