Our client is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer and distributor within the premium bathroom furniture sector. Known for quality craftsmanship and excellent service, the business supplies high-end products across the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are investing in their warehouse operation and developing their team for the long term.
They are currently looking for hardworking, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their busy site in Portbury. This role has become available as part of the company’s ongoing expansion and offers a great opportunity to join a stable, growing business. Full UK driving licence is essential for this role!
Shift Pattern
- Day Shift: Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - Monday – Friday
- Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Replenish stock and maintain well-organised inventory levels
- Wrap and prepare pallets ready for dispatch
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment including PPT, LLOP and Forklift (training provided where required)
- Complete stock checks and support regular audits
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
About You
- Own transport is essential due to site location
- Previous experience in picking and packing is required
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a physically active role, including manual handling when required
- A positive team player with a proactive approach to work
