Trainee General Operative / Production

We are looking for a Production/Machine Operator with assembly experience to join our team in the Clevedon/Weston area. You will be operating cutting machinery and assembling components to meet production needs. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble components using hand and power tools. * Inspect materials and finished products for quality. * Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines. * Monitor inventory and help with minor machine repairs. * Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Requirements: * Previous experience in production, engineering, or manufacturing, with basic assembly and tool skills. * Strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and knowledge of health and safety practices. * Good teamwork and communication skills.
