We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembly Team Leader to support a small team within a busy manufacturing environment. This role would suit someone with previous experience leading a production or assembly team who is still comfortable working practically alongside the team on the shop floor. The successful candidate will support day-to-day production, allocate workloads, maintain quality standards and help the team achieve output targets. The work involves small components and metal assembly, so excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a strong quality focus are essential. Previous experience using saws, cutting equipment, hand tools or power tools would be highly beneficial.
