An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major utilities contractor delivering a long‑term mains renewals programme across Bristol. Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of mains renewal projects.
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control.
  • Management of subcontractor procurement, payments and variations.
  • Administration of NEC contracts and compensation events.
  • Final accounts and client liaison.
  • Supporting operational teams to maximise commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying experience within utilities and/or civil engineering.
  • Strong NEC contract knowledge.
  • Experience on pipeline or infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
