We are working with an exciting organisation that has a great opportunity for a Proposals Manager to join their growing delivery team working across the South of the UK, that is part of a major Joint Venture Team. The JV is tasked with delivering major waste water and water supply projects across the south of the country. We have been tasked with searching for a candidate who can demonstrate a background in project delivery that has been gained primarily within the water sector and ideally in a major contracting organisation. Someone who has delivered major projects, who intimately understands the complexities of multi-disciplinary, multi-organisation projects who can now lead the bidding process for new work opportunities would be the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure constructability input is received in a timely manner from the delivery partners
- Work with the regional construction lead to ensure suitable and sufficient resource is available and deployed to projects
- Manage project activities related to scope, schedule, finances, risks, quality, and resources within defined thresholds and tolerances. Escalate to Regional Project Managers where necessary
- Ensure that the approach to Health & Safety and Wellbeing procedures are sufficient in that high standards are satisfied as a minimum
- Engage with assigned stakeholders in accordance with overall communication Plan
