We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who is looking for the next step in their career. Our client, a leading contractor in the water, wastewater, and industrial water sector, are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their established Delivery team working across the Thames Water Framework on Non-Infrastructure schemes in the region. Reporting directly to the Framework Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our clients' strategic objectives.

As a Project Director you will:

  • Drive exceptional safety and delivery quality standards across direct and subcontracted teams.
  • Implement and oversee the Business Management System (BMS) throughout project lifecycles.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with joint venture partners and suppliers.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon methodologies.
  • Develop and approve detailed Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and construction plans.
  • Guarantee that all project records are completed and maintained.
