Abatec is currently recruiting for a Shift Leader/Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Previous production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
