Employment Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday 8am till 5.30pm

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to support a number of live projects across the Poole area. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while becoming a key part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage all site records including:
    • Safety files, site diaries, RFIs, risk assessments, change control logs
  • Provide admin support to both operational and commercial teams
  • Keep health & safety records up to date, including plant/material registers and subcontractor documentation
  • Ensure accurate version control of all drawings and project documents
  • Assist with progress reports, KPIs, and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate PAT testing and subcontractor safety inspections
  • Manage site setup tasks such as:
    • Visitor logs, site inductions, toolbox talks, and PPE stock
  • Handle incoming communications and support general site queries
