The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to support a number of live projects across the Poole area. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while becoming a key part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all site records including:
- Safety files, site diaries, RFIs, risk assessments, change control logs
- Provide admin support to both operational and commercial teams
- Keep health & safety records up to date, including plant/material registers and subcontractor documentation
- Ensure accurate version control of all drawings and project documents
- Assist with progress reports, KPIs, and compliance reporting
- Coordinate PAT testing and subcontractor safety inspections
- Manage site setup tasks such as:
- Visitor logs, site inductions, toolbox talks, and PPE stock
- Handle incoming communications and support general site queries
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a construction site administration role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident managing documentation and digital filing systems
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work across multiple sites as needed
- Someone who is enthusiastic and keen
