Abatec are working with a long-established and highly reputable Civil Engineering contractor. Our client, with a turnover in excess of 100million, delivers Infrastructure, Coastal, Energy and Utility projects. Working out of their South Wales office, you will join a driven and professional pre-construction team and be responsible for developing and updating programmes, providing monthly planning updates, as well as supporting the bid team in developing tender programmes.
As Planner you will:
- Develop programmes from beginning to end using P6.
- Have experience of building programmes from first principles in a Civil Engineering or Construction environment.
- Assist the tender team in developing project programmes.
Our client requires a Planner with:
- Previous experience of working for Civil Engineering or Construction contractors.
- Working knowledge of NEC form of contract
- In-depth knowledge of P6
- Sole planning responsibility experience
- A valid UK driving license.
Salary/Benefits:
- 50,000 – 60,000 per annum
- Benefits package including car allowance, company pension, paid annual leave etc.
