We are hiring for Production / Machine Operatives to join a manufacturing company based in Yatton, BS49 – full training is provided and this role offers ongoing full-time hours.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Pay: £13.98 per hour + 50p per hour attendance bonus paid monthly
- Overtime: paid at £16.90 weekdays, £19.07 weekends (1st 8 hours), £25.42 weekends (after 8 hours)
- Close to Yatton train station - 12 minutes by train from Bristol Temple Meads, 13 minutes by train from Weston / Worle / Milton
- Short drive from Clevedon, Nailsea, Congresbury, Backwell, Flax Bourton, Long Ashton and free parking on site
About the role:
- Operating production machinery
- Loading and setting up machines for production
- Preparing products and components for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to production targets
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working in a manual environment – production, labouring, manufacturing, warehouse etc
- Good attention to detail
