Abatec is recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy production team in Yatton, BS49. You will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery to meet production targets while maintaining high standards.
Full-time, long-term position
Pay rate: £15.12 per hour
Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (days and nights)

About the role:- Operate machinery within your designated area to meet production targets
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines, including start-up and shut-down
- Reduce material waste and maximise production efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and production procedures
* Pay rate is £14.62 per hour, plus an additional 50p per hour attendance bonus, paid at the end of each month
About You:- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Good communication skills
