As part of our continued growth, we're now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Consultant to join our team on our Trades and Labour department.

We're looking for ambitious, driven people to join our team, you'll be based from our Weston Super Mare office, but due to the nature of the role, you will be visiting construction sites across the Bristol and surrounding areas, approx. 3 days per week.

The great thing is you don't necessarily need recruitment experience.

We can teach you the recruitment skills.

What were really looking for are people with the right attitude, resilience, and the ability to solve problems and build relationships.

You'll be working alongside the largest Civil Engineering delivery team in the South West, you'll play a key role in supplying skilled trades professionals to our portfolio of civil engineering clients, helping deliver some of the region's most significant infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Visiting planned and speculative construction sites, meeting key stakeholders to understand what labour they require for the project.
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards, social media & searching CV databases to help fill the opportunities secured.
  • Pre-screening and qualifying candidates
  • Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
  • Working closely with our leading consultant to place candidates into roles
  • Shadowing and learning the full recruitment process

  • Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication & organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • A full UK driving licence
