Abatec is currently recruiting for an established manufacturing company operating within the construction and modular sector. The company specialises in producing high-quality, ready-to-install units for residential and commercial projects, delivering innovative solutions to the construction industry.
What’s on Offer
- Temp-to-perm contract with long-term career prospects
- From £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.50 after 6 weeks (performance dependent)
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

The Role
Due to business growth and increased demand, Production / Assembly / Finisher Operatives are required to join the production team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a structured manufacturing environment, offering skill development and long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise production areas and equipment
- Finish and polish product units to required standards
- Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including modular pod units
- Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
- Support production and warehouse operations
