Production Assistant – 2pm–10pm | £13.50ph | Monday–Friday | Start ASAP

Abatec is recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company based near Clevedon, looking for x5 Production Operative / Assistants to join their growing Production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and would like to join a busy, friendly production environment.

Previous experience in food production, packing, manufacturing or machine operating would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

  • Full-time positions available

Please note that finish times may vary slightly depending on production volumes and workload.

The Role

You’ll support the production of cookies and cakes in a busy bakery environment. Duties will include:

  • Operating production machinery
  • Making up boxes and packing finished products
  • Completing basic production paperwork
  • Keeping work areas clean and organised
  • Following food safety and quality procedures

This is a varied, hands-on role combining production, decorating and packing.
