What You’ll Bring
- You’re a natural leader with experience managing complex civil or marine projects.
- You combine technical expertise with a proactive, solution‑focused approach and clear communication skills.
- To join us, you ideally have:
- HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- CSCS (Site Manager or Supervisor level) and SMSTS certification.
- 3‑5 years of site management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and quality control.
- Working knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts and planning tools.
