The Role
We are currently seeking a Stores / Production Operative to join the Production Team in the Highbridge area. This role has become available to support the team in managing inventory, assembling products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Candidates can expect a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with opportunities to develop practical skills and grow within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining inventory within the warehouse
- Assembling products using hand and power tools
- Applying mechanical knowledge during product assembly
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You
- Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (external)
- Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
- Willingness to learn, with full training provided
