The company specialises in producing high-quality, ready-to-install units for residential and commercial projects, delivering innovative solutions to the construction industry.

The Role

Due to business growth and increased demand, Production / Assembly / Finisher Operatives are required to join the production team in Highbridge, Somerset.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a structured manufacturing environment, offering skill development and long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise production areas and equipment
  • Finish and polish product units to required standards
  • Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including modular pod units
  • Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
  • Support production and warehouse operations
  • Manual handling and other physical duties
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards

About You

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
