Are you looking for a new role in production? Abatec are recruiting Production Operatives for our established manufacturing clients, based in the Highbridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with career development and a permanent role for the right candidates.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out manufacturing and assembly work, including facilities units
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support production and warehouse tasks
- Manual handling and other physical duties
- Work to all health and safety procedures

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Confidence and experience in using hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
