A great opportunity to a large section of works on a major, high‐profile civil engineering project on the South coast with a respected and growing contractor known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships.

The role involves taking overall responsibility for a large section of works on a £500M major infrastructure project, delivering between £25 - £30M p/a of works over the next three years. This is a D&B contract with the client's own Design Manager and team supporting project progress. Technical components will include large FRC works and Deep Drainage with interface to Water Infra.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of large packages with keen commercial oversight on this NEC option C contract.
  • Client interaction and close working relationship with the JV contracting partner (earthworks).
  • Oversee programmes and resourcing, intervening early to keep the programme on track.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the supply chain.
  • Provide leadership, support and coaching to an established site-based team.
