Site Engineer in Gloucester

Abatec is assisting their client, a tier-one Civil Engineering contractor for the recruitment of a permanent Site Engineer in Gloucester to work on the construction and maintenance of major new and existing highways infrastructure.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will have experience on projects including RC structures, drainage, surfacing, 278 works and highways\\n\\nAs Site Engineer you will:\\n\\n * Use a robotic total station to provide levelling and surveying across site.\\n\\n * Check drawings and quantities, ensuring the accuracy of calculations.\\n\\n * Comply with the site-specific health and safety protocols and to ensure any health and safety concerns are identified and reported as necessary.\\n\\nOur client requires a Site Engineer with:\\n\\n * Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.\\n\\n * A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.\\n\\n * Excellent communication skills.\\n\\n * HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.\\n\\n * Understanding of AutoCAD\\n\\nSalary and benefits include:\\n\\n * £40,000 – £45,000\\n\\n * + Additional benefits\\n\\nIf you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Lloyd Barham on (phone number removed).
