This opportunity will involve leading the framework for a strategic contracting partnership delivering a variety of Storm Overflow Works, Mains Renewals and Pump Station Upgrade schemes with geographical coverage from Bristol, to Devon and Bournemouth. The Framework Manager position will include responsibility for overall operational and financial performance, you will work closely with the client supporting key outcomes over the course of this 5 + 5 year contract. Key Areas of Responsibility; * Health, Safety & Compliance * Financial & Commercial Performance * Operational Management & Programme Delivery * Client & Stakeholder Management Key Experience To succeed in this Framework Manager role the contractor are seeking to appoint an individual with proven experience managing high-value capital civil engineering and key infrastructure delivery programmes, ideally on a framework basis. You will have extensive knowledge of forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting, including CVRs. Additionally experience in estimating reviews, design reviews, and HAZOPs. Management of an extensive subcontractor supply chain, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and overall site of commercial & operational management of contracts in excess of £50m+ per annum.
