We are looking for a capable and proactive Site Administrator to support the Project Manager. You will provide full day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operational and business support to the Project Manager. This role would suit someone with previous experience, who is highly organised, prioritises plans, works well to tight deadlines, is IT-savvy, confident in a busy site environment, and able to use initiative. While document control experience is helpful, this is not a full document controller role.
Key Responsibilities
- General site office administration and support to the project team
- Managing site records, filing systems, and electronic documentation
- Assisting with induction records, training matrices, and compliance paperwork
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Taking minutes
- Supporting commercial and engineering teams with admin tasks as required
- Updating trackers, spreadsheets, and basic reports
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office
