St David Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure organisation for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their busy Highways team based in Tiverton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a major infrastructure project. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong Excel skills and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
As Construction Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the commercial and operational teams
- Process client applications and maintain accurate project records
- Enter and update data within commercial management systems
- Monitor and maintain project trackers and data schedules
- Liaise with site teams to obtain outstanding information and documentation
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Support project compliance and governance requirements
- Assist with a variety of general administrative duties as required
Our client requires a Construction Administrator with:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure or engineering
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
- Experience using finance, purchasing or commercial management systems would be advantageous
