Working Foreman / Supervisor – Water Infrastructure * West Wales * Freelance * £260–£300 per shift (CIS) * Immediate Start Summary We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor to join Envolve Infrastructure on its Welsh Water Framework, supporting a programme of sewage treatment works upgrades, refurbishment and infrastructure improvements across the local region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term freelance work on an established water infrastructure framework, with a minimum of 3 years of ongoing work anticipated for the right candidate. The Role Reporting to the site management team, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating site operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating site operatives, subcontractors and daily construction activities. * Overseeing sewage treatment works upgrades, refurbishment and associated civil engineering activities. * Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements, RAMS and site procedures. * Monitoring progress, productivity and workmanship to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved. * Coordinating with site management, engineers and other trades to maintain efficient delivery of works. * Supporting site inspections, quality checks and the resolution of day-to-day site issues. * Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health, safety and environmental compliance. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience working as a Working Foreman, General Foreman or Site Supervisor within civil engineering or water infrastructure. * Experience supervising civil engineering works, ideally within sewage treatment works, wastewater or water treatment environments. * A strong understanding of site health and safety, RAMS and construction quality standards. * The ability to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain progress on site. * Relevant site qualifications, such as CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, with relevant experience preferred. * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively alongside site management teams. What's on Offer? * £260 - £300 per shift, depending on experience. (CIS / Ltd company considered) * Freelance contract paid via CIS, subject to eligibility and engagement arrangements. * Immediate start available. * Long-term framework work with a minimum of 3 years anticipated. * Projects across the local Welsh region, offering continuity of work without the need to regularly travel further afield.
