We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a long-term Repair & Maintenance framework across Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy commercial team delivering essential maintenance and reactive works across a major water infrastructure network.
Responsibilities
- Commercial management of Repair & Maintenance contracts.
- Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and variations.
- NEC contract administration and change management.
- Agreement of final accounts and commercial reporting.
- Supporting operational teams to maximise project performance.
Requirements
- Quantity Surveying experience within utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering.
- Previous experience managing Repair & Maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong NEC contract knowledge.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
