This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, or Fee Earner with residential property experience who is looking to join a professional and supportive environment with genuine career progression and a rewarding bonus structure.
Working within a fast-paced and client-focused team, you will manage residential conveyancing matters while supporting the client onboarding process and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the transaction journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other residential property transactions
- Support and drive the quoting function to achieve and exceed conversion targets
- Ensure seamless onboarding of clients into the conveyancing process
- Maintain high standards of client care and service excellence throughout the client journey
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files
- Monitor and improve onboarding procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Assist with file opening and compliance procedures where required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure productivity and service levels are maintained
- Contribute to departmental growth and support wider business objectives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, or Fee Earner with residential property experience
- Newly Qualified Solicitors encouraged to apply
- Strong experience within residential conveyancing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Professional, motivated, and a strong team player
