Are you a newly qualified Solicitor? We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Commercial Solicitor. St David Recruitment are working on behalf of a specialist property law Firm to recruit a Newly Qualified commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial properties
- Handling transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
Requirements:
- Newly qualified solicitor
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes
- Interest or experience in buy-to-let transactions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
