This is an exciting opportunity for a General Foreman to join an established and expanding market leader, as they deliver projects involving remedial works to bridge structures, riverbank restoration and highway improvements on a 4-year framework. My client is a regional Civil Engineering contractor with a workforce of over 750 professionals and a turnover of over £120million. As General Foreman you will: * Oversee daily site operations, supervising workforce and subcontractors to maintain productivity and performance * Support the Project Manager, stepping in to lead where required * Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safe systems of work * Drive a right-first-time approach, ensuring quality standards are met and works are completed in line with specifications * Assist with planning and coordination of labour, plant, and materials to meet programme requirements * Monitor progress against programmes, helping ensure projects remain on track Our client requires a General Foreman with: * Proven experience as a Foreman delivering highways and RC structures projects with values from £1million to over £10million * Ability to monitor programmes, providing daily updates to the Project Manager * SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * TWS/TWC & NRSWA (desirable) Location: You will be site based on projects across Bristol Salary: £50,000.00 - £60,0000 per annum Benefits: Company vehicle/car allowance, paid annual leave, company pension scheme, excellent career prospects Interested?
