This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Field Technician to join a supportive and professional team in a permanent, hybrid role offering stability, overtime, and career progression.
The Role
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to diagnose, manufacture, and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings. This is a field-based role combined with workshop support, offering variety and autonomy. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive service to customers across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend breakdowns and planned service calls
- Diagnose hydraulic hose faults and carry out efficient repairs
- Assemble and fit hydraulic hoses to required specifications
- Work independently at customer sites

- Participate in an on-call rota
About You
- Previous experience as a Hose Technician, Fitter, or within a hydraulic/mechanical environment
- Background in pipe fitting, plant fitting, mechanical fitting, or hydraulics preferred
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Comfortable working independently in field-based environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible and willing to support on-call requirements
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach
