The Role
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be involved in operating machinery, packing products, and preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Shift Patterns Available
- 4 on / 4 off
- 12-hour shifts: 2 days followed by 2 nights
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production and packing machinery
- Packing products to required quality standards
- Labelling, palletising, and preparing stock for shipment
- Monitoring machines and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working efficiently to minimise waste and downtime
About You
- Reliable and steady, with an interest in growing with the company
- Physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)
- Good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to follow health & safety procedures
- Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
