Abatec is assisting their client, a highly regarded Groundworks contractor with the recruitment of a Freelance Project Manager (PM)., * Report to a visiting Contracts Manager, giving updates on programme, budgetary and design issues, etc.

Ensure that industry health & safety legislation and standards are upheld.

Liaise regularly with the client on any concerns at regular project meetings.

Prepare, check, and implement designs on-site in accordance with the relevant drawings and specifications.
The PM will be responsible for the groundworks package on a project valued between £5-£10 million. The successful candidate will have a background in civil engineering and experience working on groundworks, roads, and drainage., * HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
