ABASK is seeking an experienced HR professional to build and own our in-house HR function on a genuinely part-time basis (2-3 days per week). You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, contracts, onboarding, records, and leaver documentation, and guide managers on performance reviews and policy development.
You’ll ensure compliance with UK employment law, ACAS guidance, and health & safety policies as ABASK scales, while shaping HR policies and training across our London office and collaborating
